"some energy storage projects are left idle after completion, and some people complain that the power grid is not dispatched, but it does not affect the power grid to maintain power supply, which shows that the demand for the power grid is not strong. At the same time, the current mainstream technology route has less energy storage capacity and short power supply time, which can not meet the needs of the power system to balance supply and demand to regulate the intermittence and volatility of new energy generation. It can not solve the contradiction between the time of new energy generation and the time of energy terminal demand, which has become a problem worth thinking about. " Wei Suo said.

Demonstration projects are crucial and need financial and financial support.

The demonstration scenario and demonstration scale should be able to support the front-end R & D enterprises to continuously promote the technical iteration and upgrading of the products.

He also stressed that supporting financial and financial support policies are the guarantee for the success of the nurturing industry, but at present, there are still deficiencies in this area, and relevant departments are also actively studying it, and I believe that further policies will be introduced in this regard.

"through technological research and development, promoting technological progress, greatly reducing hydrogen production from electrolytic water, storage and transportation costs and equipment manufacturing costs are the key to solving the problem." Wei Suo pointed out that off-grid hydrogen production from large-scale and distributed new energy power generation is to cope with the uncertainty of new energy power generation, and flexible hydrogen production technologies, including ammonia synthesis and methanol synthesis, are the key links that can effectively reduce the cost of hydrogen production and supply.

He said that hydrogen production equipment and hydrogen production need to adapt to the fluctuating characteristics of new energy generation, and if this problem can be solved, the problem of hydrogen energy cost can be solved.

Green hydrogen is initially economical and lacks clear certification at the national level.

She also said that in August 2023, the guidelines for the Construction of the Standard system of hydrogen Energy Industry, jointly issued by the National Standards Commission, the National Development and Reform Commission and other six departments, put forward some very clear directions and requirements. At present, the main problem is that due to the low degree of localization of the industry in some areas, there is a relative lack of hydrogen energy standards in some subdivided areas, and because of the rapid development of the industry, the revision of some relevant standards can not be very timely.
